Tennis pro Heather Watson has partnered with plant-based food company Alpro to lead the brand's 'Team PB', an 'all-star athlete line up' aiming to inspire the UK to eat more vegan foods by 'attempting a number of fitness-based challenges'.

The former British number one posted a video of her own 'Alpro PB challenge' to her Instagram account, in which she attempted to hit Alpro products whilst serving from the tennis court base line, captioned 'I’ve been fuelling with plant protein from @alpro Soya Light and this challenge relies on both accuracy and form to place each shot, as well upper body muscle strength, so getting enough quality protein is key to staying sharp and on my game'.
